I messaged through the Viator app to give my number to let them know I have Whatapp to communicate. I never had any trouble issues with them communicating, dropping off, or picking up. My husband and I did private transportation. The driver was waiting at the airport with a sign that had our name. He was at the resort promptly at the time the lady said for us to be ready. Highly recommend.
