  • There is a possibility of cancellation or change due to weather conditions at the site. You will be offered refund or alternative if known in advance and an alternative if occurs on route.
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Pick-up time and location will be communicated once we know where you are staying.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We drove ourselves up to Blue River for a Tubing experience and boy, was it an experience. We went to a different river from the Rio Azul for some reason and it was nearly all rapids and little lazy river. This was fine for me but my wife really struggled and there was also some tricky walking through muddy jungle involved to get to the river. Not for beginners and a health and safety risk but I loved the experience. Hot springs, mud bath, butterflies and hummingbirds were also good back at the resort.
