10/10. If booking a vacation in Costa Rica you MUST go through Costa Rica Rios. The process was easy, the trip AMAZING. Once in Costa Rica, our family had no stress about what to do, how to get there, or any of the typical vacation questions. The hotels selected, the tours and guides used for our adventures were all top notch. Add on top of the amazing vacation, our nine year old left his Switch in a transportation van early in the trip, and it was found and is being mailed back.

I was wearing myself out, spending hours researching and trying to plan the *perfect* family vacation to Costa Rica. Kept getting frustrated, then stumbled upon Costa Rica Rios - amazing! They were so responsive to all my questions and their Family Adventure Vacation week was perfect for us (5 total, 3 kids ages ranging 7-18). The only thing I had to do separately was book airfare and share flight info. The transports (Desafio) were not only prompt and friendly, but went out of their way to stop to show us sloths, crocodiles, and other highlights. The daily outings hit all the highlights of CR and left most of our afternoons free for pool/exploration time. Every company that provided activities was top-notch. We thought both resorts (Los Lagos and Costa Verde) were beautiful and had great dining options onsite or close by. Highly recommend Costa Rica Rios to plan the perfect vacation!!

I was so elated when I found Costa Rica Rios because they could help customize the trip I was envisioning going on with my family. I simply gave them the areas of Costa Rica we were interested in seeing and the types of activities we like and they put together an amazing 10-day trip itinerary! From the hotel stays to the activities to the private shuttles, this trip was exceptional. The only thing I would suggest is that they give more details in the itinerary such as the driver name, guide names/companies, and a detailed description of what attire is necessary. Everything always worked out and we had an exceptional time so no big complaints here. Must see/dos from our trip were Manuel Antonio (Si Como No hotel was wonderful and so was our guided tour with Pablo), Domincal (paragliding with Zion), and the ziplining in Monteverde.
