This is an educational tour at a Wildlife Rescue Center located close to La Fortuna. It is a great chance for you to see wild animals, visit their enclosures, learn about the conservation efforts and have fun. It is a perfect, family friendly activity for all.

    I enjoyed this so much. The guide was thorough and informative and I was most impressed with the philosophy and commitment to their rescue ethos. I also got to assist in the food preparation and it was a high point of my experiences in Costa Rica.

    We visited with our two boys ages 8 & 11. It was a wonderful experience. We learned so much about how they work to send animals back to their wild habitat. We enjoyed helping to prepare food for the monkeys and helping to deliver the food to their enclosures. It was very sad to learn about how so many wild animals are taken as pets illegally. Glad there are programs like this that try to help these animals.
