Start your journey through country music history with Sing Me Back Home: The Journey Begins, Folk Roots to the 1960s. This exciting multi-layered experience tells the story of country music’s humble folk roots, and tracks its evolution into the 1960s. In 2010, the museum opened an all-new exhibit experience, expanding on Sing Me Back Home with Dreaming My Dreams: The Journey Continues, 1960s to the Present. This expansion included the addition of hundreds of new artifacts and multimedia elements that focus on country music’s recent history. The history comes to life with every era of country music represented.

This museum, Hall of Fame, and gift shop are a fun experience. I especially enjoyed the three films available to watch. For country music fans, this venue is a must-see experience.

This place is wonderful with lots to see wear good shoes you are walking and standing most of the time. They have a few sit down videos you can watch which are worth it. We got there right away in the morning when it opened and by the middle of our tour it was Much busier. We did the self audio tour and that was the way to go for me less to read. You can spend 2-3 hours there for sure and even longer depending. it’s must see in my opinion if you a person like me who enjoys tourism.
