Absolutely fabulous day on the beach with the best service from Carlos!! He was amazing, very attentive and very cool!! Hated to leave.

Had lunch and ordered pizza to be then told they had no pizza but had started cooking food so we could not chance what we had ordered. Service slow, staff rude and unhelpful- on to avoid. Final straw was when he brought the bill and laughed at the price and asked us if we had had a good meal. Then proceeded to tell us service was extra and we should leave a tip. We did, try harder. Nachos were disgusting and cold. This was booked as you disembark from boat at outdoor store in front of cinema . Our advise - walk on by and find another beach

We had to cancel our planned scuba trip because of the strong currents and ended up booking here with Walter and Thaleigha(spelling?). We had an absolute blast, loved their energy and they were so sweet! Only complaint is the beach was rocky so our kids could only swim in the pools but they were happy either way
