Upon arrival we waited for Diego to greet us outside the airport for about 20 minutes. We were then put into a van from a different shuttle service with another couple, waited another 10 minutes then moved to a small car with the other couple as well. At pickup a woman (maybe Sandy) arrived at our pickup time and said she had a car coming from us. A taxi pulled up and took us to the airport. We could have simply booked a service that included a guaranteed vehicle or called a cab. This company is a middle man and does not own its own shuttles. Go with a company that owns their own vehicles.

The experience was perfect. They gave me directions where to meet them so as to avoid the timeshare people. The driver was there when I arrived. They were very courteous and polite. The ride to the hotel was excellent.
