    This tour is The adrenaline junkie’s ultimate challenge! Discover the sights of the surrounding land, trees, and caves from a completely new perspective, with Tour Xplor in the Riviera Maya. Xplor will take you above, below, and even through the earth. Paddle on a raft over crystal clear waters, navigating through caves, and amongst impressive rock formations. Experience the adventure of conquering all different terrains in a 5 mile journey through the exotic Caribbean jungle. Explore eight caverns in a mighty two-seater amphibious vehicle. Swim through the most mysterious routes, surrounded by breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites. And if that isn’t enough, soar above it all on a 14 platform zip-line circuit with a few water landings thrown in to refresh your senses. This action packed tour will leave you anything but bored! Remember to stop at some point and enjoy your buffet-style lunch and refreshments.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Wear swimsuit, comfortable beach clothing and water shoes. Bring a change of clothes and towel. Sunscreen and insect repellant must be free of chemicals and biodegradable to be used in the Park. Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia.
  • Minimum age: 5 years. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Only over 18 ´s with proof of driving license may drive the amphibious vehicles.
  • Minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity: 6 years.
  • At Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs. and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 51 in and 27 in for the legs.
  • Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in Playa del Carmen City.
  • It is of the utmost importance that you provide your complete Hotel/Cruise details at the time of booking. Without this information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation. If this is the case, please contact us immediately to reconfirm your reservation

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Xplor was fun and our party was able to do everything the park had to offer. The buffet was also pretty good. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 star was that our original date to go (Nov. 9), we were never picked up. We were told that our driver was already there to pick us up, which was completely a different time than our confirmed time of pickup. Anyways, we contacted Nexus and changed our date to Nov 11. Was slightly an inconvenience since we already had an excursion that day, but we really wanted to do Xplor

The xplor trip was amazing for all the family and Juan Diego Chan who booked it all for us was brilliant. He ensured we were kept up to date with all details and tips required for the day. Nothing was a problem with him and he kept in touch which was very reassuring for the family. Would definitely recommend him to book any trips ????
