Pickup is from your hotel or the closest point accessible by a vehicle.
You'll receive specific pickup information in a separate email from the local partner (please check your spam folder).
All the pick ups from Rethymno old Town will be from the bus stop of church of four martyrs (4 martyres church).

  • Pickup begins up to 90 minutes before tour starts and is done from central meeting points near the hotels, only in the areas of Panormo, Scaleta, Adele, Platanias, Missiria, Rethymno town, Atsipopoulo, Kavros and Georgioupoli
  • Infants will be seated with their parents on the bus and will not have their own seat
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I visited this water park with my husband and put 4 children. From reading other reviews we were really looking forward to pur visit, and we were utterly disappointed the park is extremely run down and put dated, our first half an hour there the electric cut out meaning all slides were closed and stopped until they managed to fix it. Some rides were closed due to being broken, the water was dirty. Some staff were miserable and not very friendly. I would not recommend visiting Aqua plus to anyone. They need to put money into it to update it and if they did this it could be an incredible attraction.

fantastic water park!! no ques, lots of slides for all ages! food wasn't the best but wasnt expecting it to be! brilliant value for money! great day had!! :)
