Our brewery is one of the few organised open breweries in Greece. Visitors can take a glimpse on the production area any time, while our restaurant is offering great variety of fresh dishes (vegetarian as well), prepared on an open-air kitchen. Our balcony is surrounded from orange and herbs scents that you only have to sit back and relax in the middle of cretan natural landscape. Check our reviews from other visitors and combine a hike or bike tour to the picturesque surroundings, or on your return from Balos, Elafonisi and Paleochora. All our beers are fresh, which means without conservatives and unpasteurised. Note: We apologize for any inconvenience found in our facilities. We are finalizing an expansion project started this winter.

    Our staff will guide you through the brewing process and show you our state-of-the-art environmental-friendly and operationally clean brewery, in a special created space, where you can experience how and where our hand-crafted beer is created. On brewing days, a hoppy fragrance fills the rooms – and you are right in the midst of the process of hand-crafted beer production. You will learn about the success story of the first beer of Chania and why Charma is so preferred among other beers. A beer tasting of 4 samples will follow in our open-space terrace with view over olive groves and orange trees, accompanied with traditional bread sticks.

A bit of the beaten path, but this place is definetely worth a visit! The brewery is quite small, but if you like beer it is definetely worth a visit. Only for five euros you will have a tasting menu of four different beers and you will get an explanation and some bites as well. Would recommend going there a bit later in the afternoon when the heat is a bit more cooled off.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung mit sachkundigen Anmerkungen während der Bierverkostung. Schmackhafte kleinere Gerichte rundeten das Ganze ab. Gefallen hat mir auch der kleine Shop ( hier Kauf eines Bierglases mit Firmenlabel). Da es am Tag des Besuches in Strömen geregnet hat, kam der ansonsten sehr schöne Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit entsprechendem Ausblick zu kurz. Anbei: Moderate Preise, Parken am Strassenrand mit eingeschränktem Platz, bei Starkregen Vorsicht wegen Geröll auf den Strassen und überschwemmten Bereichen - dann besser Verzicht auf den Besuch.

Great beer, a lot of options to choose. The food was also amazing, the best tzatziki in Creta in a week of explorations. Get there, you surely wont regret it!!
