What a fabulous evening eating amazing food and meeting great people from all over the world. The meal was delicious, and we really enjoyed learning about the family history and traditions Eleni shared.

My wife and I had an incredible time learning how to cook some traditional Cretan meals with Eleni and her mother! All the dishes tasted fantastic, and we made homemade Dolmades, amongst some fillo pastry dessert, stuff peppers/tomatoes, and much more. It was a joy to get to see Eleni's family farm, too, and to taste some of her homemade wine (strong!) and Raki (also strong). Eleni was so personable, and we would highly recommend this tour! We got picked up from a central location in Chania and had about a 40 minute bus ride to the farm. Do note that there is a bit of downtime during the cooking class, so if you're a bit more introspective (like my wife and I), you may have to make conversations with strangers. This isn't a bad thing -- we enjoyed the company -- but, you should just be aware that this is a pretty core part of the experience. All in all, super amazing trip -- very unforgettable! And, Eleni sends out the recipes afterwards so you can continue to remake the great dishes.

Mrs. Eleni is a special person and we spent a delightful afternoon and learned to cook several dishes specific to Crete with her. If you come to Crete, you must try this experience.
