You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Used this service on both the inward and outward transfer from the hotel. Driver was super courteous, vehicle was in excellent condition and spotless. Driver was already waiting when I arrived at the airport and again was already at the hotel lobby to take us back to the airport at the times required. I have already recommend this company several times.
