The car was small, there was no water, the driver made me get him coffee and complained about how long it took, complained about how heavy the luggage was, and was just generally unpleasant. He did drive fine and got us to the correct location but not without more unpleasantness. I do not recommend.

The driver met us at the ferry dock as planned, helped with luggage, friendly and good driving! Very easy to set up, and seamless from start to finish.
