Heraklion Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Conveniently located as soon as you get off the ship and walk a short distance. We had the red and two other routes. However, we stayed on the red route. It was convenient and we enjoyed the ride.

DONT USE THEM. If there was a zero star they should get it. We sat on the side of the road in 30 degree heat and waited waited waited. We called, a bus had broken down. They said 10 mins. Over half an hour later, and 4 competition busses passing by later, it arrived. The lady (who was obviously in the bus to manage disappointed customers) told us that we could get a refund. When we returned to the port the arrogant guy in the office refused. Said I wasn’t his fault. Not his company. I said she said we could have a refund and we only wanted partial…..she was sitting right there, he told me she didn’t say that….he wasn’t there. It was obvious we were going to get no where. So we told him the company was terrible, he should be ashamed and left. Two port officers said they see this everyday.

You will see a consistent response from the manager of this company to complaints and negative reviews: there is more than one company and whoever wrote the negative review (all of us?) obviously got the wrong company. Nope. I KNOW what company I booked with. It was this one. And I suspect everyone else booked this one, too. I learned my colors when I was three (a long, long time ago...). I know which color bus I booked and waited for for hours on end....
