A Sailing cruise around the gulf of Chania will give your vacations a different view of the city! We set sails every morning at 10am in the Old Venetian Harbour of Chania making a cruise around the gulf of Chania. We will make two stops, anchoring for swimming and relaxation, one at the nearby island of Ag.Theodori which is a protected area of "Natura" as it hosts many birds as well as the wild Cretan goat named "KRI-KRI", and the second stop will be in a secluded beach named "Maherida" and has beautiful turquoise waters. During the stops we will offer you traditional Cretan snacks, season fruits, drinks from the open bar and of course lunch that will be prepared onboard. snorkelling equipment will be provided as well to those who wish to explore the seabed!!! At about 5pm we will be back to the old Venetian port for disembarkation!!!

The ship is beautifully kept, and the captain and crew are very friendly. They took care of everything, expertly. Gorgeous day and fantastic food and drink - fresh strawberries that are the best we’ve ever had, traditional Cretan pastries, wine, olives, cheese, and dakos that were just fantastic. this sailing trip was heaven, and we even learned a lot about area history. You will not have a better time with a charter than with Sailing Cruises Chania!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this sailing trip was. Marcos and Angelo were the best host. Their concern for our comfort went above and beyond. They even provided gum for seasickness for two of our group. The food was also wonderful. This was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend it.

As soon as we got on the boat, the crew was so lovely. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable right away even with it being my first time on a sail boat. Such beautiful views with great food!! We took lots of photos and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to see the island from a different perspective!! Thank you!
