The etickets you sent me appeared to be NOT valid at entry, so I had to buy regular tickets. These were half the price that you charged. Shame on you!! Do not use this "service"!!!@

I need a refund. When we arrived at the museum we found that it was unexpectedly closed for the day due to a strike. We had traveled for more than two hours to get there, and are leaving today so that we cannot return.

Museum is great but not worth paying for skip the line if you are there outside peak hours (there are no lines to skip). Also, there is some small print that indicates that it can take up to three hours to get your tickets delivered. We ended up having to wait when there was no queue because they took so long to arrive.
