In the heart of the Alps, we will visit one of the largest natural attractions in Slovenia - Lake Bled. Besides the blue-green water, we will be able to admire also the picturesque architecture of the Bled castle, which is built atop a cliff that rises above the lake. It is possible to reach the unique island in the middle of the lake with the traditional Pletna boat. There, we will climb up the 99 stone-step staircase to the church and ring the wishing bell. Alternatively, you can decide for a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore, enjoying some of the most spectacular views of this picturesque lake. Our guides are best acquainted with the destination and with tips and other assistance they help you discover all the services that the destination has to offer.

Our trip to Lake Bled was fantastic. And Nate was a terrific guide for us offering great information and service on our trip. It was a small group (6), and not all wanted to do the same activity. So we stayed at the Lake's edge for Cream cake. while others went to the palace. We spoke with others in our bigger tour group that was touring Croatia, Bosnia, and Slovenia, and they didn't have good things to say about their tour guide, so we felt very lucky to have gone with Slovenian Wander for our excursion.

They made a special effort to pick. Us up closer to our AirBnB than having to meet them in the center of town. The group was small (6 total) and our guide was very accommodating to all our needs.
