The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I first contacted Greenway back in Feb 2020 and requested a transfer and also requested a hire car to be waiting for me at the Villa I was going to which I thought would be a big request which to my delight was not a problem at all. There was a few correspondences until our holiday in Aug 20 and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Igor contacted me the day before my flight to confirm times so he was at the airport on time etc. He collected us on time and handed over the hire car when we arrived at the villa, everything was perfect and Igor was very happy for me to contact him if any issues. Sadly I did have to contact him due to the pandemic and the UK changing their advice and again Igor was superb and arranging the pickup of my hire car early and arranging my airport transfer at very short notice. My very short experience of Croatia was a great one and I cannot thank the whole team at Greenway enough for organising everything and we will be looking to return next year once the pandemic is over and will definitely be using these guys again, thanks to the support of Zoran, Tea and of course Igor who couldn’t have been more helpful.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
