Our service isn’t a traditional taxi ride or tour. While we provide transportation, it’s not just a pick-up and drop-off service. We visit popular spots if desired but focus on customizing activities to make you feel at home. Think of us as your personal assistant for the day, aiming to create an unforgettable experience, similar to those we offer our friends from abroad. You’ll receive a survey before your visit to help tailor our day. We limit our service to 3 groups per day, with a maximum of 10 people total. We can’t always meet every request due to time constraints but aim to hit key items. As a concierge service, we aim to provide a distinctive experience every day. We’re looking for guests who are adaptable and ready to enjoy a local vibe. As we’re expecting a baby between October 13-24, there may be minor schedule adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility!

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I really enjoyed this tour. What stood out with this versus others is that the tour guides tailor the tour to fit your interest. You will be offered a survey in advance to select some ideas/lunch as well as a phone call/text from the tour guide in advance. You will also be picked up from the hotel and they offer airport pick-up service if you need it with a stop to the grocery store. The tour guides are lively and knowledgeable about the islands. They are very friendly and it felt like I met up with my friends to show me around and hang out! Would use them again and recommend them to others especially if traveling with family/friends.

Rainee had a tough task with us, as we did not want to do the typical things. She listened well to our requests. She was personable and super friendly, very easy to chat with. I've been to St. Thomas a million times and still did things and went to places I've never seen or heard of. She's the BEST!!! We absolutely loved Rudy's Fracos. He's a Must stop for the SexOnTheBeach flavour!

I really enjoyed my time on the Lotus Koi tour! I liked the customization of the tour. They personalize the tour to your interests. They were so nice, I felt like I was with friends. Rainee also picked us up from airport and took us to the grocery store which was really helpful. I highly recommend this tour!!
