I submitted a reservation from St. Thomas airport to Red Hook ferry for 5 people. Immediately got a response from Viator that my reservation was pending but then, nothing for 4 days. On the 4th day, I got an email that they declined our reservation - they gave no reason. If they just don't want to do it, why didn't they tell us that in the first place?

We have used Kalid as our driver the last two times we have visited the islands & he is great! He made us all feel welcome & gave us history behind the areas we drove through. He always made us feel special giving us door to door service! And always right on time or early! Will always be calling Kalid for transportation on St Thomas!

We headed over to the Redhook ferry and were picked up at the airport. Driver was prompt and polite. Taxi was clean and pickup process was easy as we landed. The airport has some type of renovations going on so there could be a delay, but we were out of baggage claim and on the road quickly after.
