Kalid was great. He was waiting for us when our plane landed and got us to the Ferry just in time to not have to wait an hour for the next one. Ending up booking him again for transportation back to the airport. Would use this company again!

I submitted a reservation from St. Thomas airport to Red Hook ferry for 5 people. Immediately got a response from Viator that my reservation was pending but then, nothing for 4 days. On the 4th day, I got an email that they declined our reservation - they gave no reason. If they just don't want to do it, why didn't they tell us that in the first place?

We have used Kalid as our driver the last two times we have visited the islands & he is great! He made us all feel welcome & gave us history behind the areas we drove through. He always made us feel special giving us door to door service! And always right on time or early! Will always be calling Kalid for transportation on St Thomas!
