The tour guide never showed up, I called the tour operator, the hotel called the tour operator and they didn’t answer the phone. So the tour didn’t happen.
I would like my refund for the tour.

Eddy picked us up at a crazy early morning hour when we arrived from Quito on an early morning flight. We spent all day touring with Eddy as our Airbnb wasn’t ready until 4 pm. Thank goodness eddy was such a knowledgeable, patient, and entertaining guide. He took us to many parts of the city that I think tourists never see as well as to the many highlights. We went to the mirador for a birds eye view of the city as well as to the Panama hat factory, the cathedral, the fruit and vegetable market, the flower market, and more. This was a great way to start our visit in Cuenca and got us well orientated to the city. Eddy’s knowledge was both deep and wide, so I feel like we just scratched the surface of what he knew about Cuenca and Ecuador. We also used Eddy for a food tour and a hike in Cajas. I highly recommend those as well.
