Ok so this was one of the best trips of my life. I have to admit I really put our tour guide Jhimmy in a tough spot. The day before my flight to Peru I broke my ankle. And the company as well as Jhimmy went above and beyond to make sure I can participate in absolutely everything I clear booked. Jhimmy was very protective and helped me through all the steps. The events I couldn’t participate in due to being broken, Jhimmy found alternate things for me to do. He was very well connected which made finding alternate modes of transportation easy with my limitations. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the area and history. You could tell he is proud of his heritage. I would always go on any trips with him.

The tour was amazing, special thanks to our guide Jhimmy who was the best for explaining history, local knowlegde and many more. Biking, rafting, zipline, inca trail and visit to matchu picchu was very well organized. You definitly see us again!

I booked a tour with Southern Peru explorers for the Jungle tour in Feb and had such a great time. Jimmy was our guide and I couldn’t recommend him more, he made the whole trip so memorable. He was patient when it was raining and we where going slowly but also a great laugh throughout the 4 days. He would stop regularly to explain the culture, why the trek is important and give us a taste of fresh fruit hanging from the branches. The tour included biking in the mountains, water rafting (the most fun), a home stay and Macchu Picchu ofcourse. It was super fun everyday. Thank you Jimmy.
