Jorge is an EXCELLENT guide and very knowledgeable about all of the places we went to. He’s also very funny and made the tour lively and enjoyable. I never felt rushed and felt like there was ample time at all the sights. All the information we learned will help us appreciate the Inca trail hike later this week. Thanks again Jorge and for the excellent driving, Helsin!

Our tour guide, Juan, started by asking us how we liked to see the sites. We told him we liked to go slowly and get the feeling of each place, observe closely and ask plenty of questions. He helped us to do exactly that; and it was a pleasure exploring ideas, history and culture with Juan. He spoke good English, was a great communicator and clearly loved his culture and sharing it with us. It was everything we could have wanted. All very professional, thoughtful and helpful. (We visited Pisaq, Miray, Salinas and Ollantaytambo and had a nice meal in Urubamba.) our driver, Percy, was good and courteous and always where we needed him and on time.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
How great that you want to share your experience! Your feedback helps other travelers to make a better choice.
