I had a great time with this company , I like the fact that they are a family running tour company and that I was able to do this amazing tours with them , I started doing a walking tour and the guide was so genuine that I decided to book a tour with them and I was not wrong thanks a lot for looking after my needs , hope to see you again soon

I needed accurate and up to date info Re the situation in Cusco and Machu Picchu which was not readily available from the general media and other sources. Emailed Bloody Bueno and they promptly updated me without any guarantee of business. As a result, I booked a city tour with them to supplement a visit to Machu Picchu. Was later able to incorporate an airport transfer and they continued to work with me as we got closer to our arrival date which changed. Marco picked us up at the airport in their Honda Pilot and found an ATM with a better exchange rate. Just an example of their flexibility and customer service. The city tour was also well done and Marco gave us much more info and insights then we expected. His wife Nathalie was also very helpful with the previsit info and logistics. Nice to work with a family outfit that obviously enjoys their work and has the knowledge and contacts to ensure an enjoyable visit. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I did the walking tour with Marco (Tupac) and he was nothing short of amazing, very knowledgeable about the history of Cuzco and very knowledgeable about various other things, he speaks fantastic English! He took us above and beyond from petting alpacas and lamas to talking about the ancient history of Incas and geology of some buildings, he even took us to his favorite market and drove us in his personal vehicle to the viewpoint of the miniature Christ the redeemer, would recommend highly doing this free walking tour!
