Our Vegetarian Cooking Class in Cusco starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional foods of Cusco. After that, we will walk to our cooking - studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco. You will cook 03 main courses: Quinoa tamal, cebiche and causa limeña: 100% Vegetarian. Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation. After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends. Notice: *The Vegetarian cooking Class in Cusco are in the morning: from 10:00 to 14:00 **Non-alcoholic version is available, just let us know.

It was a great experience. First, the tour of the San Pedro market, knowing many ingredients and buying them to later cook Peruvian food. I must say that this food is plant-based. Chef Jesus is a wise master chef and knows everything about the history of Peru, each ingredient has a hidden secret that is revealed by Jesus. Thank you very much for this inspiring journey. I recommend it to everyone!

Nosotros hicimos esta clase de cocina Vegana la semana pasada en nuestro viaje a Cusco. Lo recomiendo bastante. Fueron 4 horas de aprendizaje gastronomico y de un viaje por la historia culinaria de Peru. El chef Jesus inicio el recorrido por el mercado San Pedro. empezamos preparando maracuya Sour con frutas que compramos en el mercado que visitamos. Despues cocinamos tres plastos de comida peruana, el chef te enseña a picar todo y como cocinarlo de manera correcta para que salga todo muy rico! tambien te da los secretos de la cocina peruana. Lo recomiendo 100%

The best experience in Cusco. Chef Jesus is friendly and Knows everything about Peruvian culinary. The food is based plant. It is the best to do in Cusco. I recommend this cooking class !
