For those seeking a special and unique experience whilst visiting Sitges, there’s nothing better than a wine-bike tour in the Alt Penedés wine region. With Easy Cycling Sitges you will enjoy lovely scenery in your bike, finishing the day with a visit to a winery where you will learn and taste some of the local wines and cavas. Your tour group – limited to 8 guests – will be led by a local, knowledgeable Tour Guide – someone who’s excited to share his knowledge with you and enhance your education of the vine-to-bottle process. Within the first mile of the ride, you’ll relax as you realize that the pace really is designed for casual riders. You’ll pedal an average of 20 to 28 km. The emphasis is on enjoying the scenery, meeting new friends and discovering great wines and cavas along the way. Get in touch if your date is unavailable. We might be able to squeeze you in!

    we will visit CAVES ROMAGOSA TORNE where you will have the opportunity to learn and taste the wine they produce. You will meet Montse, the ninth generation of winemakers. She will take you down to the cellar, where they age the cava, visit the family museum and explain to you everything about running a winery.

Alex was the perfect guide. Picked up at the hotel for a short drive to the Penedes vineyards. A nice leisurely ride through various vineyards with plenty of commentary from Alex. Tasted grapes, almonds, and olives along the route. Stopped midway for a drink at a local bar then finished at the Rovellats winery for a tour and tasting. A beautiful winery with an amazing cellar and great tasting cava. Bought a case to ship home. Alex was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. We had a great time.

We had a really great day yesterday on our bike tour of the vineyards with Alex. He was the perfect host, he gave individual attention to everyone in our group which was diverse - including us (two retirees who hadn’t been on a bike for a few years, and two other young people who were world champion athletes)! We learnt so much about grapes, cultivation, the whole process of wine making , including a trip to the cellar of a lovely vineyard where the owner shared many fascinating aspects of wine making. Highly recommended!!

Alex was a wonderful tour guide. We had the best time today- he was knowledgeable about the area and cava making process. We were able to explore the area outside of the big cities and everyday Spanish life. We also were paired up with two lovely couples from Canada. Truly one of the best days here in Spain.
