  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Wir haben über MTS Globe Cyprus Transfer gebucht. Es hätte etwa um CHF 100.- gekostet. Transfer vom Flughafen zu Hotel und zurück war Katastrophe. Wir kammen dort, niemand hat auf uns gewartet nach längeren sucherei fanden wir eine Private Taxi welche uns zu Hotel gebracht hat. Taxi Fahrer sehr gestresst, wir müssten die Koffer selbe einladen, OK nicht schlimm. nach Ankunft bekommen wir eine Flyer mit QR code, dort stand alles wo und was wir müssten machen einfach zu spät. Vorschlag warum schicken sie nicht die QR code zum Kunde per E-mail, dann kann sich der Kunde informieren. Bei Return war noch schlimmer, wir sollten uns 2 Tage vorher anmelden dass wir die Abholzet bekommen. Natürlich war dies nicht möglich, 2 Stunde vor Abfahrt habe mit die Firma Telefoniert. Sie Sagten uns wir sollen 15 min vor vereinbarten Zeit vor dem Hotel warten, das stand auch so in dem Papier welche wir vom Hause mitgenommen haben. Natürlich wir warteten dort und Taxi kam selbstverständlich nicht. nach drei Telefonate hin und her haben wir eine Information bekommen Taxi kommt in 7 min. Nach fast eine Stunde Verspätung, es ist Zufall gleiche Taxi Fahrer, Gepäck wider selber einladen, wider gestresst und wenn wir was haben sollen an der Firma reklamieren. Taxi fahrt vom Larnaka zu Flughafen kostet 35 bis 50 Euro, wehre viel einfacher und ohne Stress. Im Zukunft werde ich nicht mehr solche Transfer berücksichtigen.

Driver was waiting for us and helped with bags. He noticed that my mom was having trouble walking after the flight and had us wait for him as he brought the car to us.
