You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

While on a two week long cruise, this is the only port that we did the hop-on hop-off bus. We're glad we did. It was very relaxing after walking around the old town area. The headphones worked well and provided a nice commentary of the buildings and area we passed. We did one full loop, getting off just once. We got some of our best photos of Cadiz from the top deck. Note, there are two bus stops at the port. If you are not going to get on the bus right away, at least get a map so you'll know where to catch the bus later.

Waiting for half an hour at a stop without explanation. Buses cancelled in afternoon on Fiesta days but this was not flagged up to use when we purchased them. So we missed out on 50% of our purchased ticket time.

Only did this tour on Xmas Day as all the museums etc were shut. Like all these tours elsewhere you only get a limited tour of the city due to access, a trite commentary/guide, dubious sound quality- at a high price. But the sun was shining, the city looked great and we got to see the modern parts which we wouldn't have walked to. But a big thank you to the lady in the kisok in plaza San Juan de dios where we purchased our bus tickets as she helped us get the free cathedral tour & discount on the camera obscura tour, and the short free city walking tour (all closed on Xmas Day), a day early/before activating the 24 hr bus ticket. She also kindly rang the Tavira Tower to book the camera tour for us. Great service from her.
