We booked the tour in Germany through journaway and were very surprised that we ended up in a Vietnamese Disneyland. We thought we were seeing Vietnamese culture, but the whole facility was canned and all built just for tourists. Unfortunately, it was not sold to us on the journaway site ???? But Emily our tour guide was very good and given everything again. Because of her, the tour also gets 5 stars.

Got prompt reply and fast action from the agency, good communication in English. They will provide the driver contact and bus number in WhatsApp the day before the tour. Driver waited on time at the Hotel Lobby on the tour day. Driver got good driving skill and very punctual. Thanks for the arrangement. Great experience.
