We’re collected at the airport by the driver who had our name on a sign. Took us directly to our hotel with no problems at all. Great service.

Arrangements through Ms. Chi were very straightforward. Driver, Mr. Liem, was excellent and even helped us locate a new hotel when we discovered on arriving in Hoi An that the one we had booked was closed for renovations!

Anthony is very friendly and can speak good Enlish. When I arrived, he got my name on a placard and he handed me cold water. He also gave out cansy along the route and is very helpful. He patiently waited for me after my Bana hill travel. I highly recommend VM tour and Anthony.
