tour was on time, bana hills is beautiful and cold. the roller coaster was fun and the buffet was nice

The attractions are very nice and well designed though there's a fair bit of construction going on due to the expansion works. There's sufficient time for us to roam around the entire attraction before the lunch. The buffet lunch has great selection but one area for improvement is that the restaurant could have assisted with seat assignment rather than simply continuing to allow people in. The capacity is really big but people do expect to at least have about an hour to lunch and rest here instead of being rushed. The tour guide was friendly and approach and tried his best to help us but the transport can definitely be improved as the small coach provided was too small for comfort. There's little space between the rows of seats for us to maneuver onto and off the bus without bumping into the seated passengers. This is the one blemish in an otherwise impressive trip.

Had an amazing tour, thanks to the tour guide Paul. Tour was very well organised and timed. He is friendly and helpful. He made sure all of us in the group got good crowd less experience at every place we stopped. He even clicked some great pictures of us, edited them himself before sharing. Overall, it's been a great day.
