Our trip to Ba Na Hills and back to Hoi A was quick, easy and comfortable. Communication with the company was good and Mr. Long (our driver) waited patiently for us and was back at the collection point within 5 minutes of us calling him.

Our driver Hao was nice on time at our hotel pick up. Friendly Guy with good knowledge about things a long the way and give us our tickets when we arrived and pointed out where we needed to go when we were at the destination. and we could text him when we returned so he picked us up where he dropped is off.

What an amazing tour this was! Our tour guide Jack and his driver were very accommodating and took us safely to our destination and back again. Jack was very knowledgeable and extremely considerate of us as two older women who needed walking breaks and didn’t necessarily find climbing stairs easy! Ba Na Hills itself is such a picturesque place and it is amazing how it has been made into such an imaginative display. This is somewhere that, while it requires a lot of walking, has something new around every corner and is well worth the visit. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this area.
