Had a great lesson to cook pho, pancake rolls and Vietnamese pancakes da nang style. You have to eat a lot so be prepared. As a chef their food safety was excellent and I enjoyed the market shopping. All in all a great morning with a lovely chef. What more would you want. Also checked and I can get ingredients in uk

Ich bin von einer jungen Frau mit dem Taxi abgeholt worden, dann haben wir beim lokalen Gemüsehändler eingekauft. Es war in der großen Küche/Eßzimmer schon alles vorbereitet, um eine 3-Gänge Menü zuzubereiten. Sehr sauber, freundich und es hat geschmeckt.! Ich habe noch die Rezepte bekommen und wurde dann wieder vom Taxi abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. ????

Thank you for showing us how to cook very delicious Vietnamese dishes and answering all of our questions! We recommend this class to everyone who loves food and is staying in Danang. It was very informative in a fun way and we enjoyed the food a lot :)
