Absolutely perfect service. Excellent price. Jay (Je) was professional , friendly and prompt with answering all my questions via WhatsApp (my choice of communication). He made our private airport transfer from Danang to HoiAn comfortable, reliable and worry free. As a traveller who has been to over 20 countries this service is recommended without hesitation.

The driver was waiting for us, he was easy to find, although our flight was delayed by over an an hour (I don't think he was overly happy!), which we (two ladies of a certain age) were very glad about, as landing at Danang airport at night-time, not knowing where we were going, was rather daunting. He had used Whatsapp to try to contact us but we only used our phones when WiFi was available as coming from England it was too expensive to use otherwise, so that didn't help. We felt that it was expensive, paying extra for the 'meet and greet', but it was reassuring to be be able to pre-book with Jay and Danang Transfer.

Minh who was our driver was great. We were met at arrivals by our driver Minh. He was smart,helpful and spoke perfect English. His car was a comfortable Van. Spotlessly clean with complimentary water. His conversation was polite, cheerful and informative. He pulled up directly outside our city centre hotel and helped with the luggage. We were so impressed,we contacted the company directly and spoke to Jay to book Minh for our return to the airport. Jay again was polite and extremely helpful calling back as promised. Minh arrived early and our trip back to Danang through heavy traffic was to the minute,punctual A superb company that I would certainly recommend.
