Very bad experience. Driver no show upon my flight arrival. Called phone numbers on voucher ... was told that driver was on "OFF" day . When told of booking reference, I was told to wait. Waited for 30 minutes .. still no show of any driver. Called the number again ...received recorded message that the office was closed !!!. Now being desperate to reach my hotel, I have to pay 400,000 Viet Dong for an alternative airport transfer. Not recommended unless you want to repeat my unpleasant experience !!

Very service-focused. Even used for ride from hotel back to airport. Driver was in lobby with sign with my name. Would highly recommend.

There are many options to get from Da Nang's airport to the city, which is really close. However, i decided to book a private car to save time and it wasn't expensive. The driver was there on time and the trip to my hotel was quick and nice, despite the crazy traffic.
