Our greeter was timely and extremely friendly. However, we were told our car would arrive in 2 minutes, then 10 then 5 more, then were told the driver had problems and a new car would arrive in 30 minutes. No wet towels, car smelled lightly of smoke. We did have bottles of water. Driver did not speak a word of English and understood very little. We expected more. Would not use again.

Prompt and efficient meeting at airport by representative. Punctual, and friendly. Vehicle was modern and clean. Driver was experienced and safe, and the trip was most enjoyable, arriving at our final Hue destination at the required time and place. Highly recommended.
