We had a great and informative time on our tour. You see so much during the day and we were in a nice air conditioned van with driver Alfa and our guide Amadou, who is just as lovely as the reviews say. He is kind, knowledgeable, and he did not let anyone hassle us which was a big plus. He also has a lovely sense of humor. Everything we saw was great but the African Renaissance statue and Gorée Island were stand outs. Also we had an incredible guide on Gorée and please ask Amadou to set you
up with him. Five stars! Lindsay and Hannah

It was an interesting excursion due to its history, the island has a heavy history due to everything it represents, it is a poor island with little to visit and the restaurant where you have the meal included in the excursion is very poor
