My husband & I are happy we visited Saint Louis, a City with a rich history and on the brink to great development. Both our driver, Jean Joseph, was safe and alert, and our guide, Mabou, provided us with some good historical points. I highly recommend leaving Dakar at 7a or 8a to avoid the heavy morning traffic.
