Start off with a Welcome Cocktail and get to know your host. See and smell the real plants used to make this artisan gin and bourbon in our tasting lounge, that features a Steinway Grand Piano and Contemporary Art of JM Rizzi. Then head back to the stills and see how these products are made. Then, it's back to the Tasting Lounge to try the products in Glencairn tasting glasses. Check out the merchandise room and be sure to get a signed bottle to take home.

    Our trained distillery employee will welcome you to the tasting room. You'll see the "garnish garden", come in for a welcome drink and prepare for the tour. The tour will last up to one hour, depending on questions. You'll taste our artisan gin and botanical bourbon and have a chance to buy up to two bottles, with a driver's license.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Such a great experience! The staff is wonderful and went into great detail about how the gin & bourbon are made. Very knowledge about all the botanicals that go into making such a unique and tasty bourbon & gin. The cocktails are amazing and this is a must try!
