Cant really review because was not able to use service and /or get refund. Flight was diverted- airport closed to all flights. Which apparently was known in advance - my Airbnb host sent me a msg about it. No refund. Company says they already incurred the cost- sure, i get it but sometimes u eat it as the cost of doing business. This is problem with booking with viator- no recourse if something like this happens, and the provider doesn't care- they have the money already and no customer service reputation to protect.
