I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The owner (Maja) treated me terribly—she was rude and disrespectful throughout our interaction. What’s worse, they don’t even abide by their own terms and conditions. When I pointed this out, they admitted the terms were written incorrectly, but brushed it off by saying, “that’s not what we meant.” If you’re expecting a refund of any kind (I was only expecting 50% back), good luck—you’ll likely be left frustrated. I cannot recommend this company based on how poorly they treat customers and how little accountability they take for their own policies.

Excellent tour of Montenegro. Matai (spelling) was an excelent guide. Only drawback was the 3hr border crossing on the way back to Dubrovnik.
