The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I emailed Tomislav to arrange our airport transfer for our family of 5. The driver was there with a sign in the arrivals hall. The journey was seamless and price was fair. We arranged the return journey with Tomislav and team and again, they were extremely professional, courteous, punctual and reliable. Highly recommend.
