Terrible Experience – Felt Robbed of $120! Our flight was rerouted due to bad weather (completely beyond our control). I informed this company beforehand, yet they flat-out refused to give me a refund. I even asked for just a partial refund, but still got nothing. Nowhere in their terms and conditions does it state that flight-related issues beyond the customer’s control are non-refundable. Despite this, they ignored my situation, and when I tried reaching out again, they simply stopped responding. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I feel like I was robbed of $120! Don’t risk booking with them you might end up with your holiday ruined and your money gone!
