  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was super nice very friendly and gave us some history of surrounding areas. He was very helpful with our bags and wouldn’t let us carry them ourselves.

Die Buchung des Shuttle Service vom Hotel zum Flughafen für unseren Rückflug war problemlos. Der Anbieter wies mich von sich aus darauf hin, dass der Flughafen erst um 5 Uhr öffnet, und schlug daher vor, die von mir gebuchte Zeit von 4 Uhr auf 4:30 zu verschieben. Der Fahrer war pünktlich, und die Fahrt verlief ohne Probleme. Ich kann den Anbieter daher uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
