We booked and confirmed an airport transfer a few months ago for when we were leaving Dubrovnik. The driver went to the wrong hotel and would then not come pick us up as he said it was too far away and he had another customer to pick up. We had to pay for a taxi which cost us quite a bit more than what we’d paid. Viator did refund the original fee quite promptly within a couple days so that was good but the overall experience was not.
