I had emailed twice to check that we would be picked up at 3pm from our apartment to take us back to the airport (as my booking said flight was 3pm) the flight was 6pm. The car didn't turn up and when phoned they said they were at the airport to collect us, even though we were supposed to be taken to the airport. We had to wait outside, stressed and with our baby for them to arrange another car, then it turned up and was to small so we waited again. But of a nightmare compared to the smooth journey in

Maro was just a few minutes late picking us up but he texted head to let us know that traffic was slowing his arrival. We arrived at the airport in great shape.

My flight into Dubrovnik was cancelled and the transfer company still charged me for the trip……..I called Viator and then the transfer partner and was told that a flight cancellation did not matter…..
