The driver was on time for picking me up at the hotel to take me to the Dubrovnik airport. The driver was very friendly, and responded to all communications I had with him in a timely manner.

No message confirmation from the driver in advance and couldn't reach him via whatsapp. We were waiting on the street, don't know whether he's coming or not. He finally text me at 7:38 (our scheduled pick up time was 7:30) saying he'll be late because of traffic conditions. Being late is understandable, but should've let me know before the scheduled time, not after, no sense of responsibility at all. The ride is fine, the car is spacious.

Driver was professional, friendly and ahead of time and the car was comfortable and clean. This all made for a very easy early morning trip.
