Busungu, the travel day operator The Tours driver didn't pick me up at the hotel, and no matter how many times I tried to call Contact No, I couldn't get through. I was able to get a refund because I was able to communicate in English, but I am sure people who bought the product before they left because they were worried about communicating in English would be in tears. We ended up booking a tour there, but wasted an entire day. I'll never forget the frustration of having my big day of life trampled on. I think Viator representatives should be more careful and strict in their choice of operator.

Francis hat mich im Hotel abgeholt und wir haben uns auf den Weg zum Nationalpark gemacht. Die Strecke ist lang. Francis ist ein ausgezeichneter und sicherer Fahrer. Trotz des Verkehrs gab es keine Situation in der ich mich unsicher fühlte. Im Nationalpark angekommen stellte er auch seine hervorragenden Fähigkeiten als Guide unter Beweis. Ich habe durch seine Kenntnis des Verhaltens der Tiere unglaublich schöne Momente im Park gehabt und alle Tierarten, die der Park zu bieten hat, aus der Nähe gesehen. Sein Verständis für Tiere, seine Umsicht und Voraussicht auf Situationen fand ich sehr beeindruckend. Danke Francis für 3 unvergessliche Tage.

Nous avons passé 3 jours fantastiques avec notre guide Francis qui s est donné beaucoup de peine pour nous montrer un maximum d animaux. Grâce à lui nous avons vu 4 des 5 Big five d Afrique. Un garçon vraiment très aimable, disponible qui nous a même offert une bouteille de vin. Nous recommandons Francis comme guide pour ce parc.
