We did a half day walking tour of Dar Es Salaam. Gabriel did a great job explaining the history of the city, and enthusiastically showed us around. We got a behind the scenes tour at the fish market and got to hold large red snapper and yellowfin tuna, among other fish. Also the Dar market was a highlight, where we were able to walk through shoulder to shoulder with thousands of locals, getting the full experience.
