Selous Game Reserve covers 5% of Tanzania's total area land area and is approximately 54,600sqkm. Selous is Africa's largest wild life reserve and Tanzania's most extensive protected area. Selous provide shelter of large number of elephants, lions, big populations of buffaloes, Wild dogs, crocodiles and hippopotamus; in Rufiji River also has a lot of bird life. Safari was amazing, it was my first time! Isaya is a really great tour guide, he knew everything about animals and was super friendly to us. Definitely recommend trying it and I hope next time I can go for a longer tour.

The best thing about the trip is that Isaya is the one who is most excited about animals. In the this safari we were able to see hundreads of animals. For the x100 time you see an elephant you might be not as excited as the first time. Though Isaya is getting all light up everytime - that's what makes this guide special.

We had just AMAZING experience with Kihindo Safaries when we wisited Tanzania. So personal, so caring and the best service ever accompanied with much humor and most amazing days in safari. Everything was taken care for us - we just had to get in the cute safari car and enjoy. We had amazing accommodations, food experiences and most of all - we felt like a part of the park with Isayas knowledge of the animals. The tour is perfect for couples, families and friend groups. We have recommended Kihindo to four groups of friends already and they all have loved this experience. We will be sure to do it again soon! Please never stop and always keep your passion Isaya, you are amazing! ☺️
